Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all protective covers and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
